+3 (with the 1 unit ) and +1.5 (with the extra 2 units) and BG is 16.2 (292)
+3.5 (with the 1 unit ) and +1.75 (with the extra 2 units) and BG is 13.6 (245) Gave high carb which she only licked and a couple drops honey
+3.95 (with the 1 unit ) and +2.15 (with the extra 2 units) and BG is 12.2 (220) honey
+4 (with the 1 unit ) and +2.25 (with the extra 2 units) and BG is 11.9 (214) Royal canine indoor cat dry food.. 5 biscuits.

I don't think we are going to be able to manage this at home. she is starting to drop more quickly.
I would get prepared to go anyway even though she has come up a bit.
Get your husband to ring the vet and tell them you are coming. Tell them Cierra will need to go onto a glucose drip because she got too much insulin.
when you leave, take the honey with you and keep giving her some on her feet to lick off.
How far away is the vets?

It’s 3 minutes 2minuts away from the house.

Over next 25 minutes went to 9.2. 9.5, 10.3,
+4.65 (with the 1 unit ) and +3 (with the extra 2 units) and BG is 10.5 (189) then 5 minutes later 8.5 (153)
 
I think you should take her now.
Can your husband mind the baby?
give some more honey now..a bit more than you have been.
Take the honey with you and go to the vet now.
And please keep me posted.
Take your phone so you can show them how the BG has been dropping

The reason its starting to really drop now is the 2 units has well and truly kicked in so the effect of the 3 units is being felt now.
You have done really well tonight.

How much is she eating and when did you give honey last?

I would see if she will eat a few more kibble now and put some more honey on her leg to lick as well. We want to try and stop the BG dropping any further if we can.
