When Corky was first diagnosed he started on 2.5u, as time went by and 2 years later we have been reducing doses, however it is disconcerting to still to this day to see blue BG's in his spreadsheet, yesterday and today, actually the whole week has not been ok in my eyes, nothing has changed except for this morning thinking it was the insulin, I opened a new vial, and I still see blues, the 60-70BGs days are so far behind, perhaps I can get an uplift here? regression ????

, the DCIN ran out of refills, that has me worried, we'll see. and yes he had a better day, perhaps it was the insulin, I hope so, hope you are doing ok, and your kitties healthy

Actually I have had sick cats this week. One is getting better after starting antibiotics. The other one seems better, too, but he’s having an abdominal ultrasound tomorrow anyway.

What’s up with DCIN? You need to provide them with a new prescription so they can keep refilling it? And can’t you call the vet to ask for them to write you a prescription- without a visit? I mean Corky os diabetic and he’s still diabetic just like last time they saw him.

I yes they need a new refill I’m going to try to call the vet , he’s only given rabies hot to Corky, never treated the diabetes as you know, so I don’t know if he will but I will try he did give a prescription for syringes though, so I might have a leverage there, sorry you’re having health issues with your kitties, hope all goes well

I am noticing a weird pattern the last few days, Corky's BG is unusually High after +8, could it be that the insulin (A new vial) not working all the way thru the 12 hours, even though by +2 and +4 is lower?? it is not the usual pattern
