Dont you mean 5 am not 5 pm.
With the extra insulin and it given at 2 different times we are looking at 2 nadirs (lowest points in the cycle). So maybe not a typical cycle,

That is with a normal dose of insulin. Because you gave two separate doses of the insulin she will have 2 nadirs so it is not going to be like a normal cycle.
