I haven't read your previous post, but just wanted to confirm that you are using u100 syringes with glargine? Which insulin are you using? Lantus, Basaglar or Semglee?

Yes, that does look like anywhere between 2 and 2.25U
I think it was 0.5 but these syringes are hard to read. His BG went up, but I know that doesn't mean anything.

It was just the syringe nothing in it.I think I may practice with some older prozinc I have in the refrigerator.

It is probably the right box. We cannot make out from the photo you sent if there are having unit marks or not since we are seeing only one side of the scale. Do you have markings on either side of a central line? If you see the first photo I shared of syringes with and without half unit marks, does it look like the one on the left?
Are you kidding me? Are you sure you didn't post a pic of the U-40 syringes you were using.
I've looked at 3 of them now they are all the same. Can I use a U-40 syringe @ PMPS is there a conversion?

If you are using LANTUS you use the U100 syringes. Looks like you have the right ones. So all is good
Do I just pull up to the first line on there for it to be 0.5 units?
To get 0.5 units you draw the insulin up to the first line on the left of the middle line.
Have a look at post 9 above that Bhooma posted and you will see on the left hand drawing it clearly marks where the 0.5 unit mark is
NO you have the correct U-100 syringes with half unit markings
