As I always say... No rest for the wicked! Lol
Mouse is still part of the "dive team" after all and it's going to be over 100°f and very humid here today so I'll have to keep a good eye on all our farm critters!

I took a +3.5 BG test and she dropped down to 82 from +2 168 so I gave her ¼ tsp mc with her snack after +3.5 test. I have to run to town and will be gone for a couple hours... Do you think she'll be ok or should I give her more mc?

No worries... I only gave her ¼ tsp of mc once today (soon after +3.5) ...
I ended up leaving and then coming back a few minutes later cause I realized half way to town that I hadn't shut the hose off in the horse tank. Ended up coming back home so I got a +5 on her and she was at 99. Just did a +6.25 and she jumped up to 222...

Yeah... I only gave her mc cause I had to leave... Kind of feel like I inadvertently sabotaged the cycle, I was hoping by only giving her ¼ tsp of mc that it would just help keep her coasting and keep her from dropping too far, especially since we didn't even end up being able to go to Walmart due to the horse tank incident so now we'll have to go there tomorrow... It got too hot today, by the time we came back home and shut the water off and tested Mouse it was even hotter yet close to 100°F and we don't have working a/c in our truck...
 
No. You didn’t sabotage her cycle. With so little mc given I strongly suspect you are just seeing a bounce now. Since you were leaving mc was totally appropriate. The only reason I mentioned sticking with lc was to see if she would surf or climb plus give you data for the next time.

Ok... Will do, I'm actually going to listen tonight lol... It's been a long hot day, over 100 degrees here today and another heat advisory tomorrow :eek: We actually have to go to Walmart tomorrow because I accidentally left the water on in the horse tank and didn't realize it til we were half way to town so had to turn around and go back home by the time I shut the water off and checked Mouse's BG again it was too hot to try that trip again today, no a/c in the truck.. anyway hopefully Mouse's am BG's will cooperate.:)
