J.D. ate some MC FF Medleys at AMPS this morning, and ate some LC FF Chicken after that.
His last dose of Orbax was last night, so hopefully stopping those will help his tummy a bit.
I can't wait until we're back to just 1 Denamarin in AM and 1 Azodyl in PM, keeping track of all these meds and supplements is a lot of work.
J.D. is currently laying out on the deck. I may try to see if he wants to go for a short walk. We've been doing really short walks these past few mornings.
Ginger has a new job. She is to chase the blue jays away when they try to eat the squirrels peanuts that I throw out. A lot of times I have one or two sets of 1 mother bringing 1 baby with her to my porch in the mornings to beg for peanuts. This morning there were 3 babies, and their mothers were out and about. So, it makes me happy that the moms thought it was okay to station their babies in front of my house to play.

I hope everyone has a good day.
Sending healing vines out to all who need some, and some to J.D. too.

Thank you :YMHUG: . I do need someone to compare notes with, as this is all so new to me. I almost wish I could start it sooner. Will he be sore after the first session? I like the way they schedule one hour for the initial exam and session.mariko said:Hi Dyana,
I am so glad J.D. ate some for you this evening.
Sending more appy vines and feel better vines.
Lucy has been getting acupuncture on/off over a year, to improve the function of her organs, tummy, pancreas and such, as well as to boost her mood.
From March to July last year, she had sessions with one of the vets at our regular clinic, and I think she had less than a year experience when we started.
Because she went on a maternity leave, we found a different vet, and had house call sessions with her from December to April this year.
This vet had much longer experience.
But I like the first vet with less experience because she was more gentle and she took time and care to keep Lucy calm.
Lucy was more relaxed during the sessions with the first vet, usually fell almost asleep, and perked up more after the sessions with the first vet.
I think that the first vet was just more talented, just "had it" in her, despite less experience, so personally I wouldn't worry too much about "how many years" the vet has been practicing acupuncture.
The 1st vet will be coming back from her leave next month, so I'm going to start sessions with her again.
We can compare notes then.![]()
I hope everyone has a good day.
