What should his dose be if he goes back up to 300 and up?? on tomorrow?

When a reduction is earned you stick with it for 7 days with SLGS. So his new dose is 2.0 for a week.

ok but when he earned the increase to 2.25U on DEC.8...he hasn't had that dose for 1 week only 4 days now I'm decreasing back to 2U, is that correct? or do I need to hold at 2.25 for 3 more days?
This is so confusing to me with so much going on in my life right now. maybe when things calm down it can actually penetrate my thinking and stick!

That is how SLGS works. If there is ever a drop under 90 you reduce IMMEDIATELY meaning the next cycle and that becomes the new dose for a week. So his dose is 2.0 for the week unless he drops under 90 in which case his dose would be 1.75. If after a week his nadirs are higher you go back up.
