Like maybe only 10 minutes - if he's not higher - another tsp. honey on gums.

Will he eat anything else, if in a while he's still low try more honey again, rub at least a teaspoon onto his gums slowly if you can to make sure he eats it.

Okay. He's rising now. But how do we know he will stay up. This whole thing is just "one for the books" I would not let him drop back down below 5 without doing more honey (or the Felix food or gravy or whatever he will tolerate.)

You know, if he's only being propped up by the carbs right now, then he will eventually go back down, but eventually, he will just have to rise naturally on his own without carbs. We just want to catch the rise... and maybe this is it?

It’s a chain but I can’t see it in Cork the name is McSharry's Pharmacy. But you should get it in any pharmacy as when I asked for the prescription the vet asked me which pharmacy he should send the prescription to. So it was my choice as that was the closest
