Do you have supplies? Mc and hc? Plenty of test strips? Karo or honey? If so you can shoot. Get a +1 and +2. If uncomfortable stall, don’t feed, and test again in 20-30 but since over 150 it’s safe to shoot.

I do have karo, plenty of test trips, and I can stay up a little longer than usual to test his gb. I will test him right before his food and shoot time (which is 20 mins away) and update here.

Thank you, what did you mean with flatter cycle? With 100s on pmps? Still lot to learn with insulin
