Hi. I’m going to test again in 15 minutes. Wondering if I shoot the full 3.75 units. I can come home and test once later this morning.

It’s been an hour. He’s down to 140. I still haven’t shot.

Has he eaten since? Is the 140 after food?
Can you schedule accomodate an hour's delay if you shoot now and when can you test if you do shoot?

He’s had just a few bites. That’s the only way I can test him. I can come home whenever but then need to go back to work. Delay would be inconvenient but I don’t really want to totally skip a dose.

If you can monitor you can shoot the full dose. He seems to be flat for now.
But if you shoot now you would be off schedule by 90 mins.

In 1 hour but then I can stop back home later around +4, 5, or 6

You can shoot the full dose and test before you go and feed higher carb if needed.
Do you use an autofeeder? Can you come back earlier than +4 for a test?

For future reference, if you can monitor, there is no need to stall with a number like this morning. Sometimes they just continue to drop without food.

What does he do for food when you are at work? Do you leave food out?

I can give him some 14% and come home to test at +3. Most days I have one of my kids home, but not today, of course
