Since he is still going up into the pinks in the later evening and over night, I elected to go ahead and do the increase today instead of tomorrow. Once his numbers are staying under 300's I will start holding a little longer probably. Thinking we might have a little more leeway on doing quicker increases with the once a day dosing since that amount of insulin is lasting all day instead of just 12 hours like with the Lev. It is really hard to say though if we are in a 2 week Tresiba lull like Connor and Sammie, or if it just takes longer filling the depot. I know it takes time when switching insulin's, but I can't get over how steady Zeke's numbers finally are!
