When following TR, or SLGS too, what to expect or maybe read on reductions? Especially for Lantus/long acting.. and the depot. o_O

Understand obviously if reductions fail, you increase to last best dose. Any tips/info appreciated. :cat::coffee:

i see.. yes.. all things to support the numbers and get things healing if need to.. and oh my. of course is stickie.. thank u again. :bighug:

@tiffmaxee the thing w feeding the curve tho is they say its a slippery slope.. but im guessing the idea is just to do your best and support it so that your cat gets into remission?.. do best to hold numbers? its a means to an end?

It’s been proven that the more time in the BG of a non diabetic cat will heal the pancreas and bring a better chance of remission. So feeding the curve if it keeps the cat from going too low or too high and to prevent big drops can help cats get to remission
