You were right not to increase. You are dosing per your vet but here’s my take on things using our SLGS method. You saw lots of green since you increased. He’s not used to that so bouncing as being in lower bg than used to causes his body to think it needs to protect itself. Since you feed dry he earned a decrease using SLGS by dropping under 90. I would decrease to 1.75. Your vet might say keep at this dose. I just would definitely not increase.

He seems to be defending against low bg, not shortening insulin duration at PM.
If the insulin duration is short, it should be the same for AM, but it seems that the insulin effect lasts for a relatively +8~+10 at AM.

I reduced it to 1.75unit at 10/23 PM, but it was similar graph shape.
I raised it to 2unit at 10/24 AM to lower the number again. Should I lower it than 1.75unit?

Yes. Once a reduction is earned you keep that dose and see how he does on it for 7 days with SLGS. Then you make a decision about the next week based upon the nadirs for that week. If he ever drops under 90 you reduce and wait another week. When a reduction is taken the depot can remain in play for 4-6 cycles and the bounce can take that long to clear or clear quickly. Some cats never bounce.
