Curve numbers from today show not enough insulin at 1.1U dose. Nadir appears to be 130 at +8, although he could have another dip before PMPS. +6 was 150, +9 154 (edited, I was wrong on 158)

Will go up .05U at a time. Love my micrometer!

Yep, his PMPS was 280. Clearly a case of not enough insulin.

Increased to 1.15U

glad you did the curve first...I like your dose increase plan- you'll do curves in between raises to see what's what?

What did you decide about giving him the Flagyl?
