It's all good! We've been OTJ for more than 3 months--actually 100 days tomorrow. I just had a request for an update so here goes. Beethoven is doing absolutely great. He's healthy and happy. Of course the household revolves around him so why wouldn't he be happy? ;-) He still loves basking in front of "his" fireplace. I've been checking his BG each week and it's always been good, so I will probably drop back to once a month or so.
We've recently switched to the Breeze litter system, which we love. No more stinky kitty litter. I didn't know how he would adjust. He's very picky about his litter box. We were patient and finally succeeded. You should have seen us. When we saw the first prezzie in the new box, we held a major celebration.
Thank you again for this amazing board and the beans who care so much. I don't think we could have gotten where we are today without the wisdom and support found here. :YMHUG:
