I did not create a thread for readings yesterday but they are of course there on his spreadsheet.
Tyler really doesn't like the ear testing the night before last ( even though he couldn't care less about the insulin injections ) & so I wonder if my disturbing through the night with this somehow effected his BG during the following day , the 10th.
Still giving him the B12methyl because of his neuropathic gait and his appetite remains insatiable at the moment.
I am really hoping that if the food he has is more protein & less carbs - of course little to no phos because of his CKD - then his mind will switch off the hunger hormone.
TBH I am not getting the hang of what the readings v dosing means. I know blues and green are supposed to be good - I think. Am routinely keeping to the 2 units lanctus per day as I have no idea what else I should be doing. Hopeless seems to be my middle name with this.
