I am so sorry you have lost your little man, Tucker. I know how much you gave him of your love and energy and time in the last few months. He was loved, and now he is at peace and out of any pain. He runs free!

May you find comfort in the coming of Spring and the antics of your other cats, especially Lily Grace.

Another board legend has moved on to take his place with those saved by FDMB after living longer and happier lives than they were 'supposed' to. Being your boy, meant he had all the love any kitty could ever want. He knew he needed to be near/beside/within your arms as the angel came to escort him to his friends who gathered at the bridge.

I know the pain that settled in on you as Tucker's pain left him completely. So many of us know that all encompassing rack of pain, and choking sobs... But know that your boy will be staying close... He'll send you a sign, a rainbow - a song - something only you will recognize as what it is... He'll send his love to you to keep, as he took your love for him with him as he left.

I am so very truly sorry, that this pain must be yours now. May you feel my arms around you and excuse my tears mingling with your... I'm so very sorry... so very sorry.

I did not realize when I saw this on facebook that is was your "Tuckers Mom". I am so so sorry for you loss. Tucker seemed larger than life. The two of you helped so many people on this board with your experiance.

Gosh Jen. I froze when I saw the alert in Community. Last I knew you were giving him the enzymes in his food for suspected EPI. I'm so sorry to hear this. I've never seen a cat overcome so much in his time. Seriously. He is really tough and are you. You gave endless care and devotion to your heart kitty. And all your other kitties too. He truly IS a legend on this board. So many people "know" him and love him. Including me. His story is amazing. I'm so glad you found him - you guys had a great life together. There are so many friends with him at the bridge from this board. ((((Jennifer))))

Oh Jennifer I am so very very sorry. You both fought so hard. I guess the time just comes when they become too tired to fight any more. Tucker was so special but then you know that. A real legend on the Board. He taught us all so much. He will be truly missed.

Fly high and proud sweet Tucker. You have definitely earned those beautiful golden wings. Please make sure you visit your Mama with a sign that you are happy and healthy at the Bridge real soon. She needs to know that.

Like others have said, Tucker was a true hero. He rallied so many times, it almost seems inconceivable that his time was running out.

I think of you as a hero too - because you're so generous to others here (including me), and because you've taken in so many wonderful kitties to your home.
