Any recommendations or suggestions for a topical Antibacterial/antibiotics safe for kitties. My Cleo scratched the outside of one of her ears. I can feel the scratch marks, three parallel almost 1/2 inch long and that ear is red and very hot to the touch. I've cleaned it a few times with a baby wipe. The hotness, for lack of a better word, subsides but does return.
When she scratches me
, I use Neosporin but that's not safe for kitties.
This doesn't necessarily warrant a vet visit...yet...any topical ointments or sprays recommendations would be appreciated.
