Right now I give insulin at 8:30 am and pm but if I want to change times like possibly 6:30/6:30 or 9:30/ 9:30. How do you transition? I want to put more thought into it but 8:30 is proving a bit challenging with work. I've only slipped twice in two months but last night was one of those slips and Gadgets numbers were too high today
( I missed 8:30pm and shot at 10:30pm and then this morning shot at 9:30am so there was an 11 hour diff. And will do 8:30 tonight so another 11 hour diff and back to 12 hours tomorrow. Is that the way to get back on track? I've also had a couple of fur shots and recently it went in one side and out the other. It always causes his numbers to spike when anything varies. There is a big learning curve even if you read everything until it happens to you it doesn't make sense. And then I feel so bad because he has to live with the mistake 12 hours!
