You are in the most frustrating part of this dance, Barbara - well, except for that horrible first few weeks when you are trying to learn everything at once. I agree with Lori - a little higher. The other thing that sometimes helps is to feed the lower end of the carb list to see if you get movement down. So, if your normal carb food is 7%, see if you can try 3-5%. (Fish only a few times a week though...)
