Numbers wobble around during bounces, cycles can go down a bit during bounces. Bounces are not a factor in deciding whether or not to increase. The only impact is to try not to increase the same cycle as they break the bounce, as that can be a more active cycle.

I think he could use more insulin.

Great thank you Wendy. It's odd his numbers aren't regulating. He was doing fine before on 4-4.5 units

I am hoping to transition him off this week. He was boycotting the Fancy Feast so I really didn't want to limit his food choices as he was not eating much of the Young Again but today I tried Weruva BFF and he's loving it so I feel better to push him off the DM back to Young Again. It's ridiculous this stuff is sold as diabetic food. It really constipated Theodore too. I don't know why they put powdered cellulose in all diabetic cat food. It's wood pulp

Cheap ingredients, it's all about making more money. I've never seen my cats eat paper. DM is not diabetic food, it's called dietetic food. They got sued and had to change the name.
