Syringe gauge and size

We are switching insulin from Prozinc to Lantus and I was wondering what size syringe and what gauge needle to use. I know Lantus requires U-100 syringe but there are different ones and the pharmacy needs more specifics. Can anyone help?

U-100 with half unit markings. 3/10 mL, 8 mm, 31 gauge is very tiny so they really don't notice the injections. These are great!

You can also get these I don't think a pharmacy will have them with half unit markings, at least none of mine carried therm
Call ADW and they will contact your vet and the vet can fax a script over , ask your vet for refills , give your vets office a heads up
