Surprise gift from Chewy.com

[Maestro's Mom]

Received the most beautiful painting of Maestro along with a card as a surprise gift from Chewy.com today! We have purchased commercial pet food from them for a few years. When they received a prescription from our vet for Maestro, they have reached out in special ways (like this) to let us know they care. Kudos to a great company and their employees who are passionate about what they do!!!

They encourage customers to comment on their FB page with pics of our pets. The boxes even ask people to send pics of pets in and on the box. They say if you make the staff smile, you may get a surprise.

Since petsmart bought them the free stuff is much less common, but i used to get Seresto collars, cases of cat food, toys, etc.

They became aware of Maestro’s diagnosis when they processed an order for prescription cat food from my veterinarian. I believe that’s what inspired the gift.
