Yes, sounds like a good plan to me. I thought I had collected all the "bad" dry food, but apparently I must have missed a dish, or else he got into the bag. And he is a dry food junkie so I'm sure he made a beeline for it when he found it. That bag is leaving my house tomorrow so this can't happen again.
I just hope that's what caused his high #s.Now that is a very good plan.

I really don't know what was going on with him; I think he must have gotten into some higher carb kibble, although it didn't look like it, but that's the only thing I can think of for those high numbers. They are lower today, got my fingers crossed that he'll have a good day today!
I'm finding out all about it, lol, I just need to learn to not let it scare me or discourage me, and that's not so easy to do.
Wow. Well, if he did indeed get into the other cats' food the potential exists for him to have eaten 1/4 cup or a little more. I guess I should be thankful that he doesn't really eat a lot at one time, he'd rather stretch his meals out through the day. Already gave that food away to a local rescue group, so it's not here to tempt him to steal it!
By the way, Bubba is just adorable, all fluffy and handsome! I see you feed Young Again Zero Carb; how do your guys like it, and do you find that you feed significantly less than you would a "regular" food? That's what I ordered for Squallie, and it looks like my other kitties will have to eat it, too, obviously too much risk in my house to have everybody on different foods.
