Recently started insulin, some insight?

Recently started my cat on 1 unit of Lantus twice daily, can anyone share any insight on what these numbers could mean. I believe i furshot twice in a row a couple of days ago and I skipped a couple of doses as her BG was under 200. I gave her insulin this evening but her BG has gone up at +3.

Do you think you could set up the signature please? It will help us to get to know Pushi.
Once your signature is set up you can start posting over on the Lantus page and if you post daily people will be able to help you a lot more than on main health.
For the time being, keep giving the 1 unit dose twice a day if you can and after 7 days we can reevaluate.
If you skip a dose or give a fur shot, the count starts over again.
