One rule I've made for myself based on suggestions I've been given is to watch a cycle if a number falls more than 20% at only +2 then it's recommended to watch closely during a cycle. So I just follow that.

However if the number is lower, this may be a matter of greater of concern. Rather than a higher number like 380 to 314, which is almost 20%. I haven't updated the spreadsheet because my device is not letting me. I will have to use my laptop instead.

Normally I would stay up to make sure there isn't an issue, but I am not feeling like this is an emergency. 306 would be a true 20%. I don't really think it's reasonable to stay up all night monitoring this cycle to be sure nothing happens.

Is there a suggested range that a 20% fall at +2 was kind of serious? I feel that 314 at +2 is not a reason to get anxious. ??? Totally based on my own anxiety. I get panicky.

If you notice on 6/27 he also went down quite a bit, actually it was a great cycle ,I cannot advise you on Lantus or its process, but I can do say that just this morning Corky dropped from AMPS 100 to 64 /+2, and it quite happens often now, as long as he does not reach 50 He's good. Corky uses ProZinc, I use to panic when I would see blue BG's mid to low 100's now if you notice Corky's SS he's in the low green numbers and I am the happiest human being, his pancreas are healing, and no there's no reason to panic just retest, for the next 2 hours to ease your comfort:bighug::bighug::cat:

Yes, Corky's cycles are beautiful. My biggest anxiety is a fast fall at early onset. And, I get too anxious about it. I thought I might relax last cycle though because it was higher and not quite 20%. :bighug::cat:

I appreciate it!
