One rule I've made for myself based on suggestions I've been given is to watch a cycle if a number falls more than 20% at only +2 then it's recommended to watch closely during a cycle. So I just follow that.
However if the number is lower, this may be a matter of greater of concern. Rather than a higher number like 380 to 314, which is almost 20%. I haven't updated the spreadsheet because my device is not letting me. I will have to use my laptop instead.
Normally I would stay up to make sure there isn't an issue, but I am not feeling like this is an emergency. 306 would be a true 20%. I don't really think it's reasonable to stay up all night monitoring this cycle to be sure nothing happens.
Is there a suggested range that a 20% fall at +2 was kind of serious? I feel that 314 at +2 is not a reason to get anxious. ??? Totally based on my own anxiety. I get panicky.
