What happens if she goes low? Will you be able to stay up as long as needed to monitor? Do you have plenty of HC and syrup or honey on hand to carb her up if you have to go to bed?

There isn't really a "normal" for this. Cats need however much insulin they need. Some stay at the same dose, or range of doses, for a long time. Some fluctuate more. We blame the unpredictability of this dance on the fact that they are cats!
I did update it, not sure why it's not showing the numbers. Will check it. My computer has been acting up so don't know if that's it.
Yes, I did shoot. She's eating, I'll test her when she's finished. As long as I don't wait too long after she eats, she won't be too food influenced.
