Positive Covid Cat in PA

    I wonder if any would test for it. If it's mild can animal recover?

    There have been some mild cases and the cats did recover. Cornell has the scientists who have been working with the cats that caught it at the zoo as well as cases within domestic cats.

    The test for cats and dogs is different from the ones for humans and requires regulatory approval. CDC lists confirmed cases in pets here:

    Do they automatically euthanize pets, or can they be treated if mild?

    I heard yesterday they may employ veterinarian labs to develop covid vaccines. For expedience sake.:(

    Hopefully they can use the information from the human vaccines to develop them faster.

    That exactly what I mean. sorry its early here :p I just think its sad how this whole virus thing is being handled.:(
