Numbers have been pretty good the last couple days. AMPS was 284 today though (took multiple samples) but had to BS because he wouldn't eat his food! However, neither would Brat. A couple days ago I bought the PetSmart version of rescue remedy and added it to the water. I decided to add it to their food yesterday since I put water in it anyway, and boy did it work! We cleaned and emptied the apt all day and they just hung out with us, purring and dopey eyed. I put it in the food again this am and they wouldn't eat it. So I switched it out for 'normal' food and it took nearly an hour for then both to eat. Anywho, just did a +5 and he's at 96. So maybe it's good we NS! The only reason I'm not concerned (but also slightly concerned) is because his brother wouldn't eat it also. I tried it myself and it's a little bitter, so maybe they just don't like it very much? I shipped their bowls out also, so they're eating from Tupperware. Who knows! I figure they obviously know something strange is happening so even though they didn't eat right away, I'm not totally surprised. They've both eat as the day went on and he's had the YA Zero with testing. Just an update before the big day tomorrow!
Oh, I'm also going to let them settle in tomorrow night and if possible, test him, but not worry about test/dosing until Thursday morning. And if he's super high I may wait a couple days (get midday tests) until I dose, to see if he needs to adjust. Just my thought since it'll be a very drastic move!
