Woden got into some biscuts last night.. he are a good amount at least even if his brother ate one as well. Checked his suger this morning my meeter would not even register a number. I gave him his regular dose of insulin. I will keep watch over him thoughout the day. Should I be worried?

Dont have much in the way of advice. You're doing what I'd do. Just want to lend support and I'm sure others will be here soon...:/

He will be high for a bit until his digestive system passes them. I would also agree that administering the regular amount of insulin is best. Just test him if you can periodically to see if the insulin is pulling the numbers down, get him back on his food and regular schedule.

Stuff happens. I had one foster diabetic, Tristan, who was quite a devious and determined little devil that kept me on my toes. Tristan was quite sure that his diet should include dry kibbles, pizza, bread, wine, scotch and water and anything else that tempted his nose. He was also quite determined and devious at getting what he decided he wanted.

Now Woden, biscuits ARE yummy, but they are NOT good for you and will make you feel poorly. How's about asking Mommy for some nice chicken bits or dried tuna flakes instead?

I guess there telling me that 2 large cans of catfood is not enough for them. I am keeping all baked goods in the microwave now. Sigh, sneeky little bugger.
