Numbers sooo erratic

I see what looks like bouncing. For example, 11/01 PM she did quite a big drop to +2.5, almost 160 points, then no test after that. That big a fast drop could have caused a bounce, plus that big a drop early in the cycle might have been an indicator of a really active cycle needing more testing.

It also looks like you might not be able to get a second test each cycle? That is a requirement for following TR.

How is Kahlua acting and behaving otherwise? Cats are a lot more than just their numbers.

I see bouncing, too. I guess my question is why. It just seems so often. Like every day. I don't always get a second test because she's so high I figure why stress her? Kahlua also lets us know when she drops below 60. Always. So i don't worry too much if she's at 280. She'd have to drop way over 200 points before she's in trouble.

We are dealing with a dirty ear issue. It never seems to clear up. I clean it every couple of days and that helps. She also has anal gland problems. They were cleaned a week ago, but I'm sure they're full again. I desperately need a tutorial on how to do it myself. I've asked, but don't get anywhere with my vet.

Would someone take a look at Kahlua's last 3 weeks or so and maybe give me a clue as to what on earth? She is managing to hit all colors nearly every day. Nothing has changed. I just had her t4 checked last week and it hasn't changed much....4.4 to 4.1. I am stumped! Thank you!
Is she hyperthyroid? With a T4 of over 4 that’s a high T4 value.

It is on the higher end...but, whenever we up her dose a bit, she drops way too low. So for now, she has no symptoms so we are leaving her be. She has honestly never had any symptoms. We caught it on a routine checkup.

I see.
So is she taking Methimazole?
(I don’t see that in your signature, do I was unaware).
I’m so glad she has no symptoms!
It’s good they tester her so you know.
