After having the vet put a Libra on Oreo and it ran its course I put another one on and secured it with new skin liquid bandage. It didn’t hold. He has a decent amount of the adhesive remaining. It’s hard and I don’t want it to hurt him. Is there anything I can use to remove it? I’ve tied warm water and rubbing alcohol. I googled and see acetone or nail polish remover. On a cat?? Is that ok?

Steven I am going to move this post over to your other post just in case no one sees this,
I don't think you should use acetone or nail polish remover on Oreo

Try olive oil. Cats like the taste and it won't hurt him. It take a long time to rub off the adhesive, so just do it gently and slowly.
I got the original Libra off from the vet with avocado oil. This liquid bandage seems to stick worse and hard. I’ll take it slow and try to get before Wednesday vet visit

Isn't acetone already in nail polish remover. I know acetone will eat through certain computer parts, I wouldn't go there.
