Possibly a 93bg, 1/2 before her shot and I am wondering if I should wait and test again before giving her 1 unit of Vestulin.

Thank you, that is what I thought. But she ate, so now I need to wait the 2 hours before testing her again?
Generally, you do not want to feed your cat if you are stalling. The food will raise your kitty's numbers. And no, you do not need to wait 2 hours. You need to repeat testing every 20 - 30 min to see if numbers are rising to a safe level. Remember, with Vetsulin you need to have food on board before you shoot. UGH! My first reading of 93 bg this morning was wrong. I was able to get a good reading at +2 and she is 414.
