Two months ago our 9 year old cat Purrrty was diagnosed with Diabetes. I was so scared.. giving those injections was scary.. I still get scared and sometimes Purrrty cries or growls at me. She has always been a solitary cat but in the past year or so its gotten so she hides all the time.. She comes to me in the am for her shot as she has them twice a day but the evening one we have to go get her. We suscpected nothing.. Never having that problem before we did not know what to look for. We have another cat Cocoa who is almost 10. she is the opposite of Purrrty, outgoing and loves attention and food.. As for us well we are an elderly couple that live on the west coast of Canada on an Island. Mostly wet and gloomy here.I will post a picture of Purrrty soon.. thanks for letting me join..
We have plans to end up in Nanaimo some day.
