Need some advice.

I'm trying figure out if I should still give my merlin 1 unit of insulin for his pm shot. His GB number's reading in the 200s. And he is not eating whole lot.

Has he always been like that
Does he go over to his food and walk away ?
What has he eaten today?

There are times he will eat alot. Since last Monday (he was at the vet) he hasn't wanting to eat alot. He will eat about 2 or 3 bites every 1- 2 hrs. He probably ate about 3oz today. Could it be stress?

Any idea why his appetite is so bad? Jax he ever been tested for pancreatitis? Was he DKA when diagnosed or did he have ketones?

I should have given him the dose at 5:30 pm Central time. I have no idea why he doesn't have appetite. He is getting around great. He's Not lethargic.

Have you tried a different flavor? Baby food maybe?
