Help!! Should i increase the dose to 4.25? Monkey looks quite well and behave normally, but it seems that his bg is out of control. I also want to ask why he look so well like he plays and socialize with people normally when his bg is that abnormal?

Thanks. Could anyone explain why his BG become more and more unstable even i increase the dose of lantus? it seems that the lantus is not effective

It's possible you are missing some lower numbers at night and he's bouncing. When you see a +2 so much lower than PMPS, like on 3/15, I would have tested again a couple hours later. 3/17 also had a big drop to +2. Those big drops can signal very active cycles to follow.

Did you increase to 4.25 or 4.15 as it says on your spreadsheet? At Monkey's size of dose, you should be giving full 0.25 unit increases.
