Somehow my mom thought she had injected Lucky but we think she forgot to take the plunger protector cap off the syringe in the chaos of my 8 yr old and 11 month old crying and running around like mad. She also didn't have her glasses on and she said it looked like it was all gone (he's only on 1.5u so I can see how it would look like nothing there!). She's an RN and would NEVER do well in an ER setting, obviously LOL!! In her defense, she does major disease triage for an insurance company and hasn't worked in a medical office for a couple of years ;-) Anyways...
I just checked him at what would be his +4 and he's at 364. Should I just wait to give him his next scheduled dose in the morning? I'm afraid he's going to test at 500 something
Just don't want it to be too high overnight.
I'm pretty sure I should just wait till the next dose but wanted to see what others would say!
Another thing, if his numbers come back higher than they usually do, should I do a temp increase in dose? I'm not going to be able to test him regularly or even be here to watch him because I'll be at the hospital all day tomorrow with dh....I'm thinking just keep it at 1.5u....?
