I’ve never seen her not respond that well to an increase so I’m wondering if it’s because of the depot being drained so much or maybe it’s her fluids?

I left for a few hours after her pm shot and forgot to put her auto feeders in the room with her-
Came home at +5 and she was pretty hungry but her numbers are still high?

• Hold the dose for 3 - 5 days (6 - 10 consecutive cycles) if nadirs are less than 200 before increasing the dose by 0.25 unit.

If you don't see lower numbers tomorrow, I'd increase tomorrow night. That is 6 cycles.
