Mim Dose Advice Please

I had to board Mim overnight (at the vet) to be best-man at my brother's wedding. Because of their opening hours his AM shot this morning was 1.5 hours late - what should I do for tonight's shot?

do you have the luxury of moving the shot back gradually (in increments of 15-20 minutes) until you're back on schedule?

Yes, I can do if that's best - so would it be 15-20 minutes per cycle or per day?

Thanks Jill - Feel I still need to learn some about Lantus (and perhaps teach the vet) - is there any -ve consequences with shooting late like they did or only if reflected in the numbers going off?

Oh, fyi, I have just crept him from 6am/pm to 7am/pm recently.

as far as i know, the only real consequences to a late shot is that it can screw up the numbers.
a late shot is pretty much like shooting a decreased dose.
