He was 117 this am. Shot .5u. Will get a few spot checks in, of course.

His schedule is all off again. I went to my aunt's to cook her a nice Memorial Day dinner (a day early) and she wanted to rent a movie. Things just got later and later and the movie wasn't over until 10pm and I had to clean her kitchen because I made a horrible mess in it. But dinner was great, if I do say so myself, and I could leave her a meal or two of leftovers.

Anyway, last night was +14, so I will have to do splits tonight or something so I can get him back on schedule.

PS - I made my first Kitty Pi and felted it at my aunt's house yesterday. It is for Beau - so of course, Jeddie is sleeping in it now!
 
Well, what did you cook (that was really nice of you to do so AND clean the kitchen to boot!)? What movie did you guys watch?

Michele, I made "Crispy Oven-fried Fish", glazed carrots, potato salad and peach cobbler for dessert (a la mode). The movie was Up in the Air - the George Clooney one. As my aunt said, it was very good but depressing.

I also rented The Informant with Matt Damon that I watched tonight. The actress that played his wife was in the movie we watched yesterday. And someone I went to high school with was his secretary. It's so weird seeing her in movies and on TV because she looks exactly the same even though she must be (gasp) 50 by now.

OMG, I just Googled her and she was in North Country and the Perfect Storm - two movies I have never seen - but, wow! She is getting some notable parts. Her name is Rusty Schwimmer.
 
Hey, Jeddie may be besting Gandalf in the great BG department. That's awesome!

Yes, we had rain yesterday morning, but luckily it left the area very quickly as some places nearer to Springfield got 2" in a short period of time. I saw the wind during that storm which caused Obama to cancel his appearance. Yikes!

Today it's going to be more humid though before more storms tonight. Yeah, my vacation is going as predicted so far....at least I was able to put a fence around my garden yesterday - the chickens had discovered that strawberries are delicious!
 
I find that both Gandalf and Jeddie are clearly showing off today! I already asked Mike if i can Fed-ex Molly to him. I'll let you know what he says, you're the second runner-up :lol:

All kidding aside, those are fabulous numbers!!

The dinner you made sounds excellent! A lot of work but i'm sure worth every tasty mouthful!
 
New day - crappy numbers: 240 and 235. At least he is consistent. Actually, I am thinking that he is off schedule and that may be making the numbers worse. He is eating about 60-90 mins before the test/shot.

Well, he had one good day at least.
 
I have always "fed, tested, shot" for both of them, especially in the am when they are clamoring for food and having smack-downs in the kitchen over who gets to eat first. I figure 10 mins doesn't make a difference and when Beau was on vetsulin, he had to eat first to be on the safe side.

Right now, Jeddie is off schedule because of my beign out late Sunday evening. He didn't get his shot until 11pm when I got home. I am shaving 15 mins off per cycle, but he is still at a 9am/8:45pm time and I ffed when I get up/get home from work at 7:30am/pm. I can push the am to 8, but that's about it.

He was 172 this am (Weds).
