I need help with finding a new vet. Live outside Tucson in the Marana area. Looking for a vet who will give me script & apply a Libre sensor as neither of the 2 I have will do it.

I live in Tucson but over by Ventana Canyon so much further east. My vet is amazing but it would be a 45 minute drive and they aren’t taking new clients. I do have four suggestions.
  • While I do not know any of the current vets at NW Pet Clinic at the NE corner of Oracle and Ina, I’ve heard they are good.
  • Another member here that lives in Tucson likes the Feline Limited Cat clinic on Campbell but I don’t know the vets or what they do there.
  • The other suggestion is that you post on Next Door for your neighborhood and ask about vets for that area.
  • You can also check the specialty vets at Southern AZ Veterinary Specialty at Fort Lowell and Stone or Veterinary Specialty on La Canada and, I believe, Orange Grove (double check that). They both have internal medicine specialists that deal in FD although, honestly, I did not find a vet in Tucson besides ours that approaches the treatment of FD as we do here. However, that might have changed since our Gracie was dx.

I’d be interested in hearing what you find out for future members in this area that might want the same service.
