Today's high AMPS number was a surprise coz LB's numbers have come down a lot lately. Partly he had a bit of food pre shot (an hour before) yes I know this is wrong but I get panicky that he might go hypo and I don't want to get up and test him at 6.30am - we now get up every day at 7.30am for LB. He had 1/3 a small tin of tuna - but I wonder if they put sugar in the spring-water. But apart from this number he's doing a lot better numbers wise. The number 70 came as a shock to us at +6. That's his lowest number since dx.
Does a hypo cat let you know that it is having problems? What happens if their numbers drop too low during the night?
