Lantus savings card

I think I read somewhere that the vet needs to write script a certain way to be able to use the discount card. I tried at CVS but the savings card was not accepted. How does script need to be worded? Thanks

The card is really supposed to be for people and not pets. I think you just have to find a pharmacy that will work with you and hope it goes through.

It can’t be for a pet. The card only works for humans usually. I was not successful ever. Hoping someone who was will see this.
