Lantus cost or Lev switch

I’m running low on Lantus. I am using my last pen which was a gift from a friend who gave me two pens. It’s going to cost almost $300 to refill my Lantus. How much will it cost to switch to Lev if I order from Mark’s. Or how much is Lantus from Mark’s. I can try to get an Rx from my vet this week.
