Let's see If I manage post in the right forum for once
Hope I got the headline right as well.
Kitty has had a really good day numberwise. It's the first time she has stayed away from the yellow color for over 24 hours! I think she had a bouncy off day yesterday, but all in all I feel her dose of .5 is not that bad for her?
However, with great numbers, comes great anxiety, especially when it draws closer to shot time (3 hours from now). If this does not increase, do I skip?
Yes, I have read the Sticky about the protocols. If I follow the TR protocol (which I landed on last time I read them both),I should hold the dose and give regardless, right? But I don't know if we are that confident yet, so I would rather ask for advice.
If I skip, she will probably end up high again (which also feels a shame, since she has been so good now). But at least she probably will not be hypo.
Is giving a tiny dose a better option than giving none? I'll take food away 2 hours before PS, and keep testing.
