Insulin won't have an impact on an infection. It'll just help control her BG's as you get the infection (if one exists) under control.
When one is coming back from remission, a couple things to look for. First, the fastest you can get her back into regulation, the higher the chances of a getting into remission again. So you might have to be a bit more aggressive this time. Could you put the dosing method you are following, TR or SLGS, onto your signature so we can help guide you better. Second, the insulin dose may have to go higher than the first time, so don't let the size of the dose factor into things. The BG's are the important numbers.
For ease of viewing the numbers on the SS, we like to have a different tab per year to reduce the amount of scrolling. I'll tag Bhoome
@Bandit's Mom to see if she can help you with this. Also, not sure why you've got the World tab on there.
Good luck, hoping this is a short stay back on insulin.
