Bitty is hypoglycemic today.
8am fasting 374. 1 Stella & Chewy Duck Duck Goose (DDG) as treat (for poke).
8-8:20 2oz Fancy Feast Classic pate
8:40 Vetsulin 1 unit (twice daily dosing if numbers okay ).
11-1Couldn’t find him to check blood sugars
1pm he got into the ZhaJie’s FF leftovers so I didn’t test. Had to go out.
4:05 pm 38 Honey, 1 DDG, 1 oz FRISKIES chicken chunky w extra gravy (what he ate)
4:28 pm 51 Honey, .2 oz FF pate
5:20 hand fed 1.3 oz FF pate
5:56 217
I would say he’s asymptomatic but we’ve been outside for an hour and he moves around but hasn’t tried to go over the fence. Threw some treats and he didn’t chase but walked slowly. Ordered some higher carb FF grills w gravy
Advice?

You need to reduce the dose of insulin at the next shot down to 0.75 u.
He will probably bounce so his BGs might be high for a few days but please don’t increase the dose. Stay with the 0.75 u unless he drops low again and you will need to reduce further.
@Bandit's Mom are you able to help with the SS?

After reading all the hypoglycemia stuff last night I gave the lower dose you suggested just now. All that info is so helpful. Printed it all. Highlighted the really critical points and put it in my hypoglycemia bag.
