My cat has been on insulin for a little over a month. Was on prozinc. Switched vets and vet put him on Lantus per my request about 2-3 days ago
My cats readings had been very high before switching to Lantus (higher than yesterday's reading) which was 439. The day before that was 314 which was great
I took three readings Tonite and it was the lowest I've seen at 197-176-191 I'm using the platinum relion glucometer. I injected his usual 1 unit dose. Have I screwed up? Will potentially have hypogylcemia? I gave it 25 minutes ago
