Hairballs-Fish Oil

Hi you all. My cat Sherlock is acting like he has a hairball. I read online that fish oil is ok to use and I have it on hand. Anyone know for sure? This is what I have on hand, see pic.

I am not familiar with this oil but essential fatty acids are helpful for many things including hairballs-
The most effective ones I have found are deep sea cold water fish derived....Grizzly makes a good salmon oil--- they also make a good krill oil.
Some people give plain old vaseline for hairballs too:cat: (some cats like it)
 
I need to know if this will hurt him until I get the cat made formula I have to force him to eat.

Can you put the cat made one in a capsule? a little butter on so it slides down easy?
Maybe you can call the company.... I have never seen this brand, sorry:bighug:
